I coloured this little gal up with copics and pastels. I added some heart twinkle embellies along with heart sequins (from my friend Sarah- thanks bud!). I used my Perfect Paper Crafting tools to get those perfect matted edges. Use Jenny5% to receive a discount on all of your PPC products HERE!
