{TCP Release} Warm Fuzzie's

Hi there! I took a little break from peeking yesterday, but I'm back today, ready to rock your crafty little worlds!! Bahaha!
This is my FAVORITE set of this release, as I am in love with these little OuOu characters by Laurie Nadeau...they are so Tim Burton-ish and I love their creepy-cuteness;)
This little sweetheart is called Warm Fuzzie's and she totally lives up to her name!

I coloured her face, hair, hands and boots up with copics, as well as the birdie; and paper-pieced the rest. I used the new Lacey Floral Doily cutup to punch out some little flowers and made her a dimensional little hair-barrette and topped it with an adhesive pearl. It's pretty cute IRL! Under the flower is a stamped barrette, so I could have also just coloured that up to match her outfit.
The Lacey Floral Doily was also tucked behind the stamped panel, cut once from white CS and a second time with green DP....I just didn't pop out the white paper flowers so that you could see them through the green cutouts. The new Queen of Hearts border was used vertically along the left side of the card, just using the scallop side...Thats the coolest thing about this die: You can use the regular scallop side, the heart inverted scallop side, or use them together- that's 3 different options for the price of one border die! CRAZY! Plus you can use the little heart cutouts for teensy weensy embellies;)
The sentiment was separated into two lines and stamped on a cloud from the Cloud Border Cutup.
The buttons were threaded with TCP's linen thread in Ivory.

Head over to Alma's blog for a complete list of designers previewing today:) And don't forget about our In It To Win It thread on SCS for your chance to win this set!
