Spring is upon us and and color is back in the world around us and so we were inspired to start up a new monthly color challenge!

{KKS} Get Sporty!

Hey everyone! This week I am the hostess at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps challenge! My challenge is to Get Sporty! Use any of our great sports themed sets, and get your game face on to join in the fun and play for prizes! Each week we'll pick a random winner from all of the entries- it could be YOU!

I've used the soccer boy from You've Got Game. My boys are playing soccer this year and I thought I'd get a leg up on my thank you cards....the end of the season seems to creep up fast! I added in a soccer ball die that I coloured up with copics. All dies are by MFT as well as the twine.

{SPD} Brainy Boy Bookmark

We're back with a new weekly challenge from SugarPea Designs- this one is 'Hey Dude!'....lucky for me, I have a housefull of little dudes! I made a bookmark for one of them...they share bookmarks for the most part, so it's not personalized. For photo purposes, and because the kiddos were all tucked in bed when I took the picture, I grabbed the book that I've been reading to the littlest. We love the movie Paddington (I loved him as a child) and Santa left this big book of Paddington stories for my little Hayes....we just started it though! Funny how it got put away in the bookshelf and now we are diving in!

I coloured the worm in Copics, and added glossy accents to his glasses and eyebrows.

 I used this DP from Simple Stories that had the number and lines, and then stamped some of the words from the set Read Between the Lines beside each number point! FUN! I used memento luxe ink for that... the worm is also from the set, as are the glasses at the bottom of the bookmark. I adore this Brainy Bookmarks Sugarcuts die set!

 Woohooooo!!! We're so excited! It’s our MAY RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!! And we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!! So grab yourself a cuppa joe, sit back and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy! We're going to inspire your creations with our fun, new rubber stamps! 

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of amazing creations featuring new stamp sets from all of our artists for our May release! I've used 'Chase Your Dreams' on my card tonight- I coloured her with copics and added glossy accents to her eyes, mouth and the butterfly. I distress inked and machine stitched around the panels and stamped the sentiment onto a butterfly die (MFT). Theres a bit of twine underneath as well.

{KKS} Itty Bitty Friends

We are back again with a very special stamp set for Day FOUR of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps MAY 2015 previews!!! 

Today the Krafty Girls and guests are thrilled to share with you....ITTY BITTY FRIENDS!! I've designed a fun new stamp set featuring some of our original images by artist, Annie Rodrigue! It includes SEVEN images that are about 1.5 inches tall each plus some tiny sentiments AND some handcrafted by sentiments to add to the backs of your krafty kreations!! The exciting thing about this set is that five of the seven images are no longer available at the larger size and are retired but now you can get them again in this fun mini size!! 

I made a fun little Christmas treat box that could maybe fit a single cookie or some homemade turtles in :) I dug out some Christmas paper and added a gingerbread button and some twine. I stamped the image onto black CS and embossed in white powder and smudged some white ink around for chalk 'dust'! Dies are all by MFT.

You'll find so many amazing creations on today's hop featuring all the new images and sentiments from this adorable new set! We know you are just going to fall in love with ITTY BITTY FRIENDS and you'll be inspired as you check them out today!!

I love this little set because you can create your own little scene! I stamped the blanket onto patterned paper and then cut all the bears, basket and girl out and popped them up on dimensionals. I added a sentiment onto a flag from the Gift Tag die set.

{SPD} Baby Thanks!

Today I'm showcasing the new set Welcome Baby and Welcome Baby Accents Sugarcuts. I also added a white Thanks Sugarcut.

This little onsie will have you ooo'ing and ahh'ing!! I stamped it on the DP and then fussy cut it, then cut from white CS and matted to get the white trim.
