{MFT} Teaser Time: Pure Innocence

OMGosh!!! Could I be any more excited about todays MFT Teasers? I don't think so!!! This is quite possibly my FAVE Pure Innocence girl of all time- perhaps because she reminds me of my sassy lil nieces with that hand on the hip?! haha! She's called Feeling Sassy!

This card came together SO quickly!! And it's courtesy of MFT's new die-namic set, Blueprints 1. This die set comes with all you need to create tons of different card fronts, sans measuring ANYTHING! And MFT is offering FREE pdf's for you to download so that you can make these quick and easy card fronts!

I added a double hemp bow to that big button die!

I used an element from the Blueprints 1 set (the strip with the perforations) and slipped it into a Fishtail Flag STAX metal die to V-off the end to match the other DP flags.
I added another one of the fun sentiments, stamped in Black Licorice. I added some Kraft Ink sponging to soften up the look of the whole card.

{MFT} Teaser Time: DoodleGarden

Today the MFT designers are showcasing some cute new stamps from Doodle Garden! I love these lil cuties! They are so much fun to colour up :) This set is called Party Time.

This is my nieces Birthday card- my son said it looks just like her, so I guess that's good!! I wish you could see all the glittery goodness better....she is a sparkle girl, so I added tons of stickles to the dress, present and hair clip. I stamped and matted her onto the Oval STAX 1 and 2 die-namics. The sentiment was stamped in Black Licorice ink onto Fishtail Flags Layers and STAX. I added a bow with Hot Fudge ribbon. I added some sponging with Kraft ink. I used MFT's Hot Fudge CS. See that new banner die? That's our new Party Banner die-namic- so FUN!

Here is the inside- I stamped one of the sentiments that comes with the set and added some coordinating DP.

{MFT Teasers} Make a Wish!

Tonight we are showcasing three new sets: Birthday Sentiments (which just so happens to be this month's Triple Scoop set), Western Sentiments, and Lollipop Additions: Birthday.  

I've used Birthday Sentiments on my card and then made a little lolli holder with Lollipop Additions: Birthday. 

MFT Card Stock that I used: Grape Jelly and Black Licorice. I used Grape Jelly and Black Licorice premium die ink. I added some buttons (Banana Split, Orange Fizz, and Grape Jelly). Those buttons were tied off with some of our fabby Hemp Cord.

The circle panels were made using the Circle STAX 1 and 2 and added a larger Fishtail Flag STAX. See that cute lil party hat topping the sentiment? That's one of our newest dies: Party Hat Border.

Here is the matching treat I made using the Lollipop Treat Die-namic. Another Orange Fizz button tied with a Hemp bow. I added a little smidge of sticky tape under the lollipop to keep it in place.

{MFTWSC114} Baby Eli

Welcome to another week of Wednesday Stamp Club's sketch challenge from My Favorite Things!

We are in the middle of Teaser week over at MFT, but I decided to use an older set for a card for my cousin's brand new baby boy, Eli. She lives in another province and just welcomed her first lil one into the world and I am a little sad that I couldn't be there with her! So I am sending Eli this little note to tell him that I am thinking about him and will meet him very soon!! Hopefully I can fly out to visit in April :)

Anyhow, I needed to create a fairly flat card for mailing. I kept it pretty simple with the layers and embellishments.  
I used the set You Move Me and matching die set. I added some Berrylicious ribbon. The sentiment was stamped in Black licorice ink, as well as the little motion squiggle. The rocket was stamped in Wild Cherry and our new Blu Raspberry ink. The sentiment flag panel was cut using the Fishtail Flags STAX and Layers. The circle tucked in behind was made with Circle STAX 1 and 2 die-namics.

{MFT Teasers} LIVE LOUD!

Today we have two new sets from Laina Lamb to show you! Document It: Rock On and Journal It: Playlist.
I am working with Rock On tonight! I added some rockin' elements from the new Die-namic set, Accent It: Rock and Roll.

I made the guitar picks (which I think turned out pretty freakin' awesome!) by cutting the shape from woodgrain DP, adding a layer of gold stickles, and then another layer of Crystal Effects. The CE even warped the picks when it dried so they look used! lol! They feel pretty realistic too! I stamped the sentiment in versamark and heat embossed with gold EP.
I used MFT's Wild Cherry and Black Licorice CS.

{MFT} Teasers Day 1

Welcome to our first day of MFT teaser time! Today we are showing you a new set from Lisa Johnson Designs: Pretty Poppies!

I stamped the various poppies onto white CS in Wild Cherry ink. I sponged the edges with Kraft ink and added black copic marker to the inside of the flowers. Did you know that MFT is now offering a super Smooth White CS that works great with our dye inks?!? I matted my main panel with Black Licorice CS. The card base itself is Wild Cherry CS. The sentiment was stamped in Black Licorice ink.

And here is the inside. I used various stamps from the set and stamped them in Black Licorice, Kraft and Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink.

{KKS168} Hoppy Easter

This week our Kraftin' Kimmie challenge is hosted by Pammy! She loves colour and this week she wants to see PASTELS!

I used one of our new images from the Somebunny Loves You set. I used the 'out-of-the-box' technique to die cut him with the oval die (MFT Oval STAX) so that his ears would be coming off the top of the oval. I pierced around the oval die, as well as around the rectangle panels. He was coloured with copics, and I paper-pieced the inside of his ears and bottom of his little footie-jammies....

I added the sentiment onto an MFT die and anchored it with a twine-tied coral button.
