I've used PomPom Fairy and the current Deconstructed Sketch for my layout, a few dies from MFT and a very fragile laser cut wooden snowflake and twine embellie, machine stitching, some distress inking and I created the look of falling snow using my Sharpie Paint Pen. I also added some Rock Candy loose glitter to her wings, and all the fur trim and pom-poms.

{RC} Hoot Hoot Hooray!

Hi there! Tonight I have a card to share with you that I made using some awesome Reverse Confetti products, as well as Perfect Paper Crafting Tools. I made this card using the current Reverse Confetti SFYTT. The sketch challenge lasts ALL month long now, so I am super excited about that! I love sketch challenges!

Here's the details! I used Oliver Owl and sentiment. I coloured him with copics and paper-pieced his shirt and tie and adhered his tie just at the top, giving the bottom a little curl to add some dimension! I added glossy accents to his eyes, beak and feet. I popped him up on foam dots onto an MFT stitched circle die. I added some wooden dots, a wooden star and a wood button tied with MFT's twine. the wood dots and button were kind of a boring light colour so I used a sponge and distress ink to give them some nice warmth.
I got my nice even borders using PPC's awesome tools- Perfect Layers Mini and Perfect Cutting Mat…two of my fave tools for card making! Remember to use my code: Jenny5% to save on your order!! I am really loving the way this masculine card turned out and I am planning on saving it for my FIL's bday this winter. It reminds me of him, LOL!

Here is the inside….kept it plain and simple, with a strip of DP and another sentiment from the set.

{SPDSS13} You Blow me away!

Hey there, friends! Time for another SugarSketch from SugarPea Designs!! I really think we've got a great sketch for you this week!

I've reversed the sketch so that my little dragon would be oriented towards the centre of the card. I coloured up this adorable little character, from the Blow Me Away set, with copics, using BG and YG colour families for the body. I really love how this turned out and am going to experiment with blending other colour groups in the future! :) I stamped out a second pinwheel and attached it with a mini brad, so that it actually spins! This card is really simple, but so adorable IRL! I added in some YNS enamel dots. The stitched circle die and circle STAX die are by MFT.

{SPD} Sweet 2 Repeat Hop- October

Repeat blog hop where we showcase our newest release! Now that you've had a chance to add these sweet sets to your SugarPea collection, we're bringing you even more inspiration! Be sure to hop along and leave a comment at each stop along the way for a chance to win $20 to spend in the SugarPea Designs Online Shoppe!

I've used Teacher's Pet on my card today! I was so inspired by my teamie Simonne's note cards using MFT's Lunchbox Die, and I just so happened to be lucky enough to win this die set from the fabulous Laina Lamb, that I created a little thank you card for my youngest sons teacher. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the notepaper section, and added the cute bear on pop up dots to one side, and the large pencil and button/twine embellie to the other. I left enough space to write the teacher's name in the upper area of the notepaper DP to personalize the card! I think his teacher will love it!

{RC} Cast a Spell on Me

Today I have a card to share with you that I made for Reverse Confetti's October SFYTT. I used Cast A Spell and coordinating Cast A Spell confetti cuts.  The little star cut panel behind is Stars Pretty Panel Confetti Cuts, backed with the rectangle panel from the Class Act confetti cut. I love that these dies all work so well with each other!  I added a few of the lil stars along with sequins and enamel dots for a cute embellishment. The longer panel was stamped with Memento Luxe ink in Pear Tart using the Whole Lotta Dots stamp. I stamped the sentiment in black versa fine ink over top of the pattern.

I popped up the witch onto a silver foil paper circle. I wish it would photograph better but oh well! It's super shiny IRL! I added a rustic jute twine black bow and my black mats were made using my Perfect Paper Crafting tools, the Perfect Cutting Mat and Perfect Layers Mini.

{SSSC} Witch Way is the Candy?

Hi Friends! Happy World Card Making Day! I made two cards today- one you'll have to wait til this coming week to see, and then this one, for our Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.

I used this fun Halloween set from Torico (designed for MFT), Witch Way is the Candy? and the matching dies. I don't usually buy matching dies, but I splurged this time ;) I also used an older spiderweb die and just cut it down to the right size. I don't see it on the website anymore.  The little flag is from Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX. I added a tangy orange button tied with hemp cord.

Here is your sketch!

Hey there! I am your hostess for our second challenge of the day, and my Challenge is 'Falling into Fall'!

I don't know about all of you, but I love fall! I love the smell of the crisp air, the changing leaves, harvest time on the farm, Thanksgiving dinner, pulling out the knit sweaters and tall boots, Halloween, and of course ANYTHING pumpkin flavoured! This is my favourite time of year, so I thought I would base my challenge on this gorgeous season! So create a card, scrapbook layout, altered item, home decor, tag or whatever…and 'fall into fall' with me! Can't wait to see your autumn creations!

I'ved used an adorable autumn set Pick of the Patch, some older SU papers, MFT twine, a button from my stash, and I just inked and stitched. Pretty simple! I stamped the sentiment on the inside of the card.

Check out the Krafty blog, because my challenge has a really GREAT PRIZE that could be yours if you play along!!! I'll be over at our FB event page if anyone wants to chat!
