{SSSC} Hello, Sunshine

I've got another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge card to share with you tonight! I've used one of my fave stamps from SugarPea Designs- Hello, Sunshine. I coloured her with copics, as well as her lil ducking friend, and fussy cut them out. She serves as my horizontal panel in the sketch. I die cut raindrops directly from the DP and used the cuts as well, popping them up on foam dimensionals. The sentiment is stamped on one of the clouds (dies are from Lawn Fawn). DP is Doodlebug Springtime and you can find it HERE.

Here's a closeup of those raindrops and the sweet image…

{TI} NEW Fairies!

We're super excited over at Tiddly Inks Stamps because today is release day and we have TONS of new fairy stamps to show you, as well as our usual Fabulous Friday inspiration, so get ready to have your crafty minds BLOWN! ;)

I've made two cards (although with this awesome release, I would have loved to have time to use all the new fairies….oh well, I'll be getting to them in the next lil' bit for sure!). For the first card, I've used 'Birthday Fairy'. I went with really bright coloured DP and a huge yellow silk bow. This is one of the sentiments that will come with the set, and I've coloured it in with copics to match the image! Here is a close-up of this lil sweetie!

Up next is a card featuring the set 'Fairy Blessings'. I am quite happy with how this one came out, because frankly, colouring flowers freaks me right out! lol! I have no idea what I am doing. But I like the end result here :)

I went more 'earth tones' with this one. And again, more yellow ribbon…satin this time. Strange. I don't use ribbon that often, so to use yellow on both is kinda interesting! The dies are MFT and the ribbon is Stampin' Up!

Check out the TI Blog to see all of the new fairies and the Challenge Blog to see some Fab Friday cards….Trust me, you are not going to want to miss a single thing, so get hoppin'!

I've used Pure Magic on my card. He is coloured up with copics and pastels, and I've added a vellum flag sentiment (MFT die and Memento Tuxedo Black Luxe ink). The star and button embellies are also both by MFT. I used my trusty Perfect Paper Crafting tools for the black matting. Use Jenny5% for your discount! {RC} YOU are my happy...

Hiya! Just popping in to share a card that I made for this month's Reverse Confetti Colour Challenge

I used the new Fabulous Flamingo stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts. The sentiment is embossed in black and is from All About You stamp set (as is the inside sentiment). On the half circle panel behind the flamingos, I white embossed one of the circle patterns from the set Whole Lotta Dots and then lightly sponged over it in soft distress ink to really pick up the pattern. The banner dies are by MFT. I used the sketch from The Deconstructed Sketch #161

Here is the inside…I accidentally smudged the lime sentiment (I freakin' hate it when that happens!!! Grrrr!), but it was the last to go on, so such is life! I think I'll just give this to my hubby and he likely won't even notice, so oh well! haha

{SSSC} Happy Camper

It's been awhile since I've made an exclusive My Favorite Things card, and I had the hankering to use these camping theme stamps and dies since we are camping lovers and tis' the season!

I've used Die-namics Happy Camper for the lil' Airstream camper and the sentiment is from the Roughing It stamp set. I've also tucked in the Chicken Wire cutting plate (backed with vellum so you can still make out the wicked awesome vintage camper DP (Jillibean Soup).

Here's the inside…I used double set of footprints along with another sentiment from Roughing It. I must be in romantic mood lately. LOL! Tomorrows post will also feature a lovey dovey card! hehe!

I followed this week's SSSC and just rotated the sketch and used the camper as the half circle shape! I'm also entering this card into the current Catered Crop Challenge, which is to use vellum!

Check out what the other Sweet Stampers have got for you!
