Hey there! I have a simple and cute birthday card to show you today! Stamps and dies are by SugarPea Designs: Zig Zag Stitched Circle die, Gift Tag die, and Tons of Fun stamp set.
I attached the balloon with a little piece of hemp cord, using a paper piercer to poke holes to make the string appear to be held under his truck. The image was coloured with copics after being stamped in a light ink to give it a softer look.
