{TI} Thanks Fairy Much

Hey there! We've got a new challenge from Tiddly Inks for you today~ Thank you cards! Always great to have on hand! Is there anything better than getting a little note of thanks from someone? Especially homemade? I think sending thank you's has become a bit of a lost art. I have even been to weddings in the last couple of years and not even received a thank you card from the couple. Shocking. But even more shocking is when you get a surprise thank you note from someone. That's kind of sad. Oh, don't mind me. My head is in a bad place right now.....tomorrow morning I send my boys off to school (grades 2 and 4) and then my baby starts preschool next week. I am a bit of an emotional wreck! My husband works far away, so it's usually just me and the boys. We are a team. They are my little wingmen. Without them by my side, I feel like I'm not whole. So yeah...a little sad around here tonight. But I know I'll get used to the hustle and bustle of it all very soon :) So don't worry about me...I don't have my head in the oven. Yet. hehe!

Anyway, here is my Thank You card. I think I am going to give it to my niece Gracie, who loves my cards and is always boosting my confidence and singing my praises. She is only 6, but no matter. I'll take compliments where I can get them. She (and her mom, dad and little brother) looked after our new puppy when we went on holidays this summer. She lives just down the road, and I like surprising her and dropping off 'big girl mail' in their mailbox when I drive by. I know my kids hit the roof when something comes addressed specifically to them! Ha! She did a smashing job of dog sitting our Ruby, so I'll tuck this in the box, just for her :)

I've used Thanks Fairy Much (this set also comes as a clear stamp set if you aren't a digi stamper). I coloured her with copics and pastels, and added lots of chunky clear glitter to her skirt, around the sentiment image (comes with this set), circle panel and the butterfly. This card is super glitzy IRL!

Check out what the other gals and guests have made this week on the BLOG. Thanks for stopping by! xo
