{KKS} New Release Hop!

Welcome to the Kraftin' Kimmie new release blog hop for our January release! All of the new images are available NOW for purchase in the Kraftin' Kimmie shop! We have our newest Handmade Trinkets, Sweet Dreams and Love is The Best Medicine from Cheryl Alger, Batteries Not Included from Emilie Goulet, and Annie Rogrigues Nerd and Geeks!!!

I have used one of the Nerds/Geeks for my hop card: Robot Boy. I absolutely LOVE Annie's work for this release....I think it might be my favourite Moonlight Whispers' yet! Likely because I have a soft spot for nerds and geeks! LOVE 'EM!

I've coloured this guy up with copics (it did take awhile, I'm not gonna lie...But totally worth it when you see all the elements of the image come to life!) I LOVE the concentrated expression on his face!

I found the perfect DP in my stash...it's old BasicGrey, can't remember the name of it, but is super nerdy ;)

I stamped the sentiment onto a MFT fishtail flag Die-namic, and the sprockets (is that what they are called? I don't know! I just said I love nerds, not that I am one ;) ) are a die from Taylored Expressions. It's cut with silver SU card stock.

I decided to finish off the inside of this one, adding more of that strange die, lol, and another sentiment!

I used one of our new Handmade Trinkets and added it to the back of my card, with my name signed, as well as the year. I love the verse on this one: 'Made with the blood, sweat and tears of: '. Isn't that sometimes the truth? You want to bring with you a legal document for the receiver to sign, stating they they will cherish this card for all time and it will never see the inside of a trash can! These cards can take so much time to make! lol
